Backed by the finest reputable Reddit researchers and Wikipedia wizards, we are back with our strange scientistry (or whatever it is you all think we do). Our topic of interest this go around has been focused around the intriguing phenomenon of the “little people” aka “Duendes”. If you’re unfamiliar with the subject matter, duendes are a regionalized version of other cryptids such as elves. These diminutive (or not so tiny, depending on the account) dudes are mostly mischievous-or-at-times-nice-or-maybe-super-evil creatures and their diverse backgrounds (once again, depending on the account) was all kinds of ridiculous fun for us to look into. What are they about? Where are they from? Why should we care? Well, quite simply, they’re badass creatures that we hope exist.
